Dean occasionally teaches at the Bread Loaf Writers Conference, The Lighthouse Literary Festival in Denver, and the MFA Program for Writers at Warren Wilson College.
Dean has a free Substack with lots of good advice, however! And there is an archive of some of his craft lectures available here.
